AHA Letter to Biden-Harris Transition Team on Price Transparency Rule

AHA requests the Biden Administration exercise enforcement discretion with respect to compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ hospital price transparency final rule requiring hospitals to make public, effective Jan. 1, 2021, all of the rates they negotiate with commercial health insurers.
