Workplace violence in health care is on the rise—and so are the costs. In this webinar, Turning Risk Into ROI: The Business Case for Workplace Safety, healthcare risk and safety leaders will learn how to quantify the financial and operational impacts of workplace violence and translate safety performance into measurable business value. Speakers:

Nancy Shendell-Falik, MA, RN, is a health care executive and thought-leader with over 30 years of experience enhancing operational excellence, system-wide alignment, and quality of patient care. Currently she is a consultant and Health Care Advisory Board member at CENTEGIX. She formerly served as President and SVP of Hospital Operations at Baystate Health, and as SVP Patient Care Services and the Chief Nursing Officer at Tufts Medical Center.

Andrea Greco, is the SVP of Healthcare Safety at CENTEGIX. She's spent decades partnering with customers to deliver solutions that focus on employee, patient, and family satisfaction and engagement. Her current role is focused on the creation and deployment of innovative, layered safety solutions that empower and protect healthcare organizations every day.

Stacey Markel, CHSP, CHCM, HEM, With over 25 years of experience, Stacey Markel currently serves as Unison Risk Solutions’ Risk Consulting Team Leader. Stacey generates success for the firm and her clients by providing safety and risk management consulting with an emphasis on workers’ compensation. She leads a team of risk consultants and is responsible for the preparation and delivery of corporate-wide safety training to clients’ management and staff. Stacey also develops and implements new loss control programs to control workers’ compensation exposures. Her specific expertise is the investigation and evaluation of safety and health issues, including conducting proactive loss control analyses and providing tools to management to encourage employee accountability.
