Speaker:

Alicia LaRoche, MHA, CPHRM, HACP, serves as a Risk Manager at Medical Mutual Insurance Company of Maine, bringing nearly a decade of experience in performance improvement and risk management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Maine and a Master’s in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s College in Standish. Alicia is credentialed as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) and holds a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP) designation.
She is an active member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and the Northern New England Society for Healthcare Risk Management (NNESHRM), where she has also served on the board. Alicia currently contributes to ASHRM as a volunteer on the Chapter Leader Committee.
