As the Director of Quality, Risk Management, Accreditation, and Medical Staff Services at Eaton Rapids Medical Center, she brings a dynamic approach to improving healthcare systems—one that blends strategy with authenticity. Heather believes in living the “peacock” philosophy—staying true to yourself, your beliefs, and always striving for continuous improvement—from good to great, and beyond! With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Heather has spent the past 13 at Eaton Rapids Medical Center, where she has been instrumental in advancing not only quality, safety, and risk initiatives – but also leading the hospital-wide cultural transformation journey.
