Speakers:

Rachael Johnson,Global Head of Risk Management and Corporate Governance Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), is global head of risk management and corporate governance for policy and insights at ACCA, the global trade body for professional accountants. She has been producing thought leadership on risk and governance for over 20 years and her recent focus has been on how accountancy professionals can do more to build organizational resilience in today's fast-changing world. Her work includes the recent report, Risk culture in healthcare: the role of accountancy and the podcast series. She manages ACCA's Global Forum for Governance, Risk and Performance, and its monthly CROs and Heads of risk lunch and learning sessions. In addition, she sits on the OECD's Biac committee for corporate governance and ISO's Technical Committee 309 on governance of organizations.

Nicola (Nick) Sanna, is the Founder of the FAIR Institute, a 16,000 members research-driven not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of cyber and operational risk management through education, standards and collaboration, that was named by SC Media as one of the three most influential industry organizations of the last 30 years. Nick is also the president of SAFE, a leading AI-driven Continuous Cyber Risk Management software company and a board member of the Internet Security Alliance (ISA). Nick is fluent in five languages and received a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

James Packer, Chair of Board, ISC2, is an Award-winning Information Security and Technology executive James brings extensive international experience across diverse sectors. He is the 2025 Chairman of the ISC2 Board, currently serving his second term and previously holding roles such as Vice-Chair and Secretary. James has held positions at EY, KPMG, and other global organizations in London, Zurich, Chicago, and Bristol. Currently at EY, he leads complex cyber transformation programs. With experience as a CISO and leading large teams, James is passionate about cybersecurity in society, volunteering with ISC2 and other initiatives, and mentoring professionals.
