She dedicates her time to various healthcare organizations and serves on the governing board of her local community health system. Kathryn's deep understanding of essential issues is enhanced by her outstanding communication and mediation skills. She is passionate about advancing both patient and employee safety, serving as a champion for Patient For Patient Safety US and participating in several committees focused on enhancing safety initiatives nationwide.
