Doris Fischer-Sanchez provides clinical risk services for Marsh’s Senior Living & LTC Industry Practice. She consults with clients on organizational and clinical risk, promoting risk management solutions. Doris creates thought leadership, training, and resources to identify and manage risks, promote resident safety, and reduce losses. Leveraging healthcare and senior living experience, she facilitates practical, resident-centered, sustainable risk strategies and operational awareness, tailored to each client’s mission, vision, and values. Doris holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University, is a fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and maintains dual board certification in Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practice.

Kayla Meek provides clinical risk services for Marsh’s Senior Living & LTC Industry Practice. She develops thought leadership, training, and other resources promoting resident safety and loss reduction. Kayla facilitates risk management strategies, and enterprise awareness while understanding that individualized support and a practical approach to selecting and implementing risk management strategies. She holds a BS in health and physical education, a Master’s in Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology, and a Master’s in Nursing. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Healthcare Risk Management Professional, she is dedicated to delivering client-focused, effective risk-reduction solutions.
