Amy Uldrick, MSN, RN, CPHRM, is a Risk and Compliance Manager and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in clinical care, risk management, and compliance. Her expertise includes medical professional liability, risk mitigation, patient safety, and hospital-wide compliance across acute and ambulatory settings. Previously, she served as Vice President of Risk Management for a medical malpractice captive, supporting complex claims strategies and safety initiatives. Amy’s background includes a decade of frontline nursing in emergency, trauma, and oncology care, giving her a practical, clinical-first perspective on healthcare risk and compliance.

Susan Brankin, B.S. Pharm., RPh, 340B ACE, is a Director and leads Kodiak’s Clinical Risk Management Team. She has been a pharmacist for 30+ years, specializing in drug diversion, informatics, pharmacy operations, and 340B program compliance. During her pharmacy career, Susan gained extensive experience in medication management, medication safety, opioid stewardship, revenue cycle, and inventory management. Susan is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert and holds certifications in Opioid Stewardship and Medication Safety from the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP).
