Speaker:

Logan Jamieson is a Compliance Management Product Specialist on the Relias Solutions team, where he plays a pivotal role as an internal thought leader for the post-acute care space. With an extensive career spanning over two decades in post-acute care, Jamieson holds a B.S. in gerontology, a B.S. in healthcare management, and a master's in health administration, showcasing a robust educational background. He is a licensed multi-level nursing home administrator and has served as a multi-site senior living IT Network Director. Jamieson is a founding member of the National Center for Pediatric Palliative Care Homes, supporting the development of children's hospice and respite homes nationwide. Previously, he was a product manager for a senior living tech startup, contributing to initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life through innovative technology solutions.

Felicia Sadler is Vice President of Quality, Clinical Workforce Development at Relias, where she supports healthcare organizations nationwide in advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, and workforce performance. She has been a registered nurse for over 35 years and has served in a variety of senior nursing and quality leadership roles. Felicia is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is formally trained in Baldrige. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Felicia has served on ASHRM's Education Development Committee and was recently appointed to the Beryl Institute's Solutions Advisory Board. A nationally recognized speaker and published author, Felicia is passionate about operational excellence and bridging quality, risk and compliance.
