Why do I need to log in to the ASHRM Online Store?
When you log in to the ASHRM Online Store, you gain seamless access to members-only materials on both the ASHRM and American Hospital Association websites. You also can view and change your profile, renew your membership and make an online purchase.

How do I reset my password?
If you are already logged in to the ASHRM Online Store, go to the My Account area and click on “Change Password.” If you do not remember your password, select the “Forgot Password” link. An e-mail with a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file. If you still experience difficulty, or no longer have access to the e-mail address, please contact ASHRM at ASHRM@aha.org. or (312) 422-3980.
I am logged in, but cannot access the members-only area. What do I do?
Only ASHRM members have access to the members-only area of the website. If you are not a member, learn more about membership and join today! If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact ASHRM at ASHRM@aha.org. or (312) 422-3980.
How do I update contact information?
To update your contact information, log in to the ASHRM Online Store and click on My Account – My Profile. From here you can click on edit, add or delete for mailing addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses. You also can change the location where you would like your membership information sent. Please note, at least one address must be marked as primary.
How do I update my title and organization?
Updating your title and organization is very similar to changing your contact information. Log in to the ASHRM Online Store and click on My Account – My Profile. Click on edit next to your title or organization. Enter your new information and the request will be sent to ASHRM. ASHRM staff will update the information.
How do I join ASHRM?
To join ASHRM, review the membership categories and proceed to the Online Store. Here you can add your membership to your cart and purchase online. To pay by check, download the application and submit payment to:

Where can I find my membership ID number?
When you are logged into the ASHRM Online Store, your ID number is displayed in the top right corner under your name.
What is my membership expiration date?
When you are logged into the ASHRM Online Store, your expiration date is displayed in the top right corner under your name.
Can I print off an invoice and pay my dues with a check?
Yes! Log in to the ASHRM Online Store and click on Order History. From here you can print your membership invoice. Please be sure to include a copy of this invoice with your check payment.
Can I have a membership card mailed to me?
Sure, but you also can access it immediately through the ASHRM Online Store. To access your card immediately, log in to the ASHRM Online Store and go to My Activity. Here you can see your membership history and print your membership card. If you would like one mailed to you, e-mail ASHRM@aha.org. and we will send one to you.
How can I remove my contact information from the membership directory?
While being listed in the membership directory is a great way to network with other ASHRM members, you can remove your name by logging in to the ASHRM Online Store. Click on “My Account” and then “Edit Individual Information.” There you can uncheck the “show in member directory” box and you will no longer display in membership directory searches.
Is there an “advance search” option for the membership directory?
Yes, the percent sign (%) and the underscore (_) can be used as wildcard characters. The percent sign is for any number of characters as wildcard. The underscore is for a single character wildcard.
