Ascension Care Management

Lynn is the Senior Director of Risk Management at Ascension Care Management. In this role, she is responsible for implementing a comprehensive and integrated risk management program aimed at reducing liability and supporting safe and effective patient care for all Ascension hospitals and medical group practices in Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. Lynn is also responsible for the development of a clinical risk management program that integrates risk with patient safety, patient experience and care excellence functions to reduce the number of adverse patient occurrences and supports safe patient care. She is the co-chair with care excellence of the Ascension Event Reporting System Steering Committee which functions as the oversight Committee to assure the enhanced use of the Event Reporting System to drive patient safety.

Morgan is Director of Product Management at Quantros. In this role, she is responsible for leading a team of product owners and technical writers overseeing product development for Quantros’ SaaS product portfolio.  She marshals a bi-coastal development team of software engineering and UX/UI resources via an agile development process and culture.  She conceives the product roadmap by synthesizing input from internal stakeholders, current end users, and market needs.  Morgan is a health care management professional with a passion for data-driven approaches to population health and improvement.  Working both for and with health plans, Morgan  has used analytics to reduce cost and create efficiency in support of better health outcomes.  Prior to joining Quantros, Morgan held product strategy and account management roles at Aledade, RxAnte, and clinical analytics, operations, and account management positions at Tufts Health Plan and Health Dialog.
