    Linda Foy is the Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management, for Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI). CHSLI is a long island based health system with 6 acute care hospitals, 3 long term care facilities, hospice, homecare and a large social services agency employing over 17,500 individuals. Ms. Foy brings a wealth of health care risk management experience to her role at CHSLI. She has over 30 years of healthcare and professional liability carrier experience and has achieved the CPHRM designation. Her responsibilities include implementation of an enterprise risk management framework across the system, workforce safety including the implementation of a safe patient handling program, implementation of an employed physician insurance program, claims management, oversight of a captive insurance company, workers’ compensation cost reduction and the selection of all lines of insurance (HPL, GL, WC, Property, Crime, D&O, Cyber). Linda is a Board Member of the Association of Healthcare Risk Management of NY (AHRMNY), where she co-chairs the Publication Committee, and a member of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM).

    Andrew Hepburn is the National Diligent Director at Arjo. Andy has been a pioneer within Safe Patient Handling and Mobility for the past two decades and is best known for founding Diligent Consulting, a clinical program that guarantees reductions in patient handling injuries. He is currently working to manage the sales growth and strategic development of Diligent nationally for Arjo. Andy developed Diligent as a separate brand and sales program in 2001, recognizing the need to offer more process improvement and outcomes than simply suppling equipment. Diligent’s continued success can be directly associated with the executive level approach focused on client outcomes through consulting services and mobility metrics. Andy recently celebrated his 26th anniversary with Arjo.
