ASHRM suggests business casual for education events. Use your best judgment to represent yourself and your organization. Be prepared for varying room temperatures.
After the conference, each registered attendee will receive an email with a link to the conference evaluation form.
Shipping information and supplies are available from the convention center business center or the hotel front desk
ASHRM 2016 attendees may purchase a guest pass for $85.00, which includes entry to Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall opening (Sunday) and All Keynotes.
No one under age 21 may enter social functions or the Exhibit Hall.
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of ASHRM and the original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to: ASHRM, 155 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 400, Chicago, IL 60606; fax: (312) 422-4580 or email: ASHRM@aha.org. All refunds will be provided in the original form of payment after the Annual Conference concludes. Registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is postmarked or emailed no later than Sept 9, 2016 at 4 p.m. CST.
ERM Certificate Program Cancellation
Registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is postmarked or emailed no later than August 15, 2016 at 4 p.m. CST – this date is prior to the start of the self-study portion of the program.
