Continuing Education Credits

ASHRM offers Continuing Education Credits for educational programs hosted by chapters and other organizations.

The credits apply toward the ASHRM designations of Fellow (FASHRM) and Distinguished Fellow (DFASHRM) and towards Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) renewal.

Application Essentials:

• Applications must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation and fees (Microsoft Word Document). There is no fee for chapter programs.
• Applications must be submitted a minimum of three weeks prior to the date of the program.
• The flyer or program brochure must be submitted with the application.
• Application forms and required documentation may be sent by fax, e-mail or mail.
