    Compensation Survey


    Access the survey

    ASHRM's compensation survey allows risk management professionals to benchmark their salary and other benefits against that of risk management professionals across the country. Participants can access the information they need to make informed decisions about their career development.

    Each participant in the survey receives one instant complimentary basic report with salary data relevant to his or her position.

    One-day and one-year subscriptions are also available for more extensive, customizable data. Subscribers can run unlimited searches by geographic region, title, professional level, job function, facility type and other elements. ASHRM members receive a significant discount.

    Participants must create a new account at the survey site to take and purchase the survey. Returning users should log in with their previously selected username and password. This account is a separate account from the one used to access the ASHRM web site.
