Do you have a new idea or innovative approach to managing your captive? Do you want to present your unique experience to advance captives in healthcare?

Now is the time to share your insights and expertise by participating as a speaker.

Submit a brief abstract and outline to participate as a speaker at the Bermuda Captive Conference, ASHRM – Healthcare Track and present your innovative ideas at one of the industry's leading educational events. 

The 2008 meeting theme is “Putting the Captive Puzzle Pieces Together.”  We’re looking for original ideas that will challenge traditional standards and established practices, with new program models and practical solutions.

Terms and Conditions

The Bermuda Captive Conference will cover accommodations for presenters who are client/captive owners (brokers, underwriters and consultants are not covered) for three nights of the conference (valued at $1,200 - $1,350).

Airfare and additional hotel charges are the responsibility of each faculty member. Presenters’ historically have asked their employers to cover travel expenses or have found sponsorship. 

The Bermuda Captive Conference will provide a complimentary conference registration for all presenters (valued at $300 - $1,000).

Presenters will gain exposure to an experienced and influential group of attendees. 
Abstracts may be submitted any time until Monday, March 3, 2008, at 4 p.m. CST. The submission of a presentation does not guarantee participation in the program.

Please ensure you are available for the date of the presentations (the afternoon of June 17, 2008, and the morning of June 18, 2008).

You will be required to submit your biography and a digital photo of yourself for the conference website and other related conference materials by March 12, 2008.

You will be required to submit a set of handout documents/PowerPoint presentation slides by May 16, 2008. The use of company logos is not permitted in any PowerPoint or supporting Word or Excel document submitted.  Faculty is responsible for obtaining permissions to reprint material that is copyrighted by any organization other than ASHRM.

Presentations run between 45-60 minutes, and presenters can generally expect an audience of approximately 100 people. Please time presentation to include questions and answers.
