Booth Details

Each Standard Booth Includes:

  • 8' high BLUE & WHITE back drape (inline booths)
  • 3' high BLUE side drape (inline booths)
  • ID sign with your company name and booth number (inline booths)
  • Four (4) complimentary Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10 x 10 booth (see below for reg instructions)
  • One (1) complimentary Conference registration per per 10 x 10 booth (see below for reg instructions)

Aisle carpet is blue.

Exhibit & Booth Rules & Regulations
Every exhibitor is responsible for reviewing the full Exhibitor Service Manual (see below) and observing the Conference rules and regulations.

Austin Convention Center Utilities
Electrical, Internet/Technical, Water & Drainage, & Telephone Services can be ordered through the Austin Convention Center.  See ACCD Exhibitor Services Information Packet for pricing and order forms.  Order by Friday, October 11 to receive a discount on utilities.  Questions regarding ACC utilities services can be directed to Teddy Kim, our ACCD Exhibitor Services Representative, at 512-404-4000 or accdexhibitorservices@austintexas.gov.

Vendor Alert
Please be aware that the company Fair Guide has been contacting exhibitors across the tradeshow industry regarding directory and advertising opportunities. Fair Guide uses an association or event name to make it appear that correspondence is coming from that event. Fair Guide is NOT affiliated with ASHRM, AHA or any of its vendors. If you receive information from a vendor and are not certain if they are associated with the Conference, please contact Exhibit Manager, Carly DiVito, at 312-541-0567 for verification.

Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual is now available through The Expo Group website. Please review for full show management, The Expo Group, shipping info, and additional vendor forms. To order products and services online, you will need to login using Show ID: 201301004 and your exhibitor password. The discount deadline for your booth furniture orders is Monday, September 23. Order by then to save money on your TEG order. If you have questions regarding the Exhibitor Service Manual, please contact TEG's Kristopher Martin at 972-580-9000, x1457 or kmartin@theexpogroup.com.

Registration
All booth personnel will be required to have an official ASHRM exhibit badge in order to gain access to the exhibit hall. Each exhibiting company receives one (1) full conference registration and four (4) exhibitor personnel badges per 10 ft.x 10 ft. (100 sq. feet) exhibit space purchased. Hotel Reservations
Exhibitors are required to register their booth staff (see instructions above) prior to booking hotel rooms. Registration confirmation emails will include hotel reservation instructions.
