Keynote Panel: Diagnosing Safety: How Well Do You Know Your Organization's Risks and Vulnerabilities?

The Diagnosing Safety panel will review the different tools and tactics for keeping your finger on the pulse of what drives risk at your organization. Panel members will review some of the commonly used techniques for collecting adverse event data such as automated adverse event detection systems, voluntary incident report systems, surveys and hotlines. They will offer their opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods, and talk about the different ways of organizing input to create reliable output.
