Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is a personalized service that can provide access to special discounts on airline tickets, car rental, hotel, event tickets, dining and more. To start saving immediately, visit www.atcmeetings.com/ashrm (click on CREATE ACCOUNT to build your online profile), contact ATC via e-mail or call (800) 458-9383. When calling or sending an e-mail, reference promotional code 500CJ. A minimal service fee will apply to ticketed reservations.
Air Travel
ASHRM has also secured a discount agreement with United Airlines that is not available to the public. There are no fees for booking online or calling the Special Meeting Desk.
Online: To take advantage of a 5 percent discount, go to United, select “Book Travel” to enter your travel criteria, go to “More Search Options” and enter the promotional code 500CJ. Available flights will be displayed. Flights that qualify for the discount will be identified with a green star, which means that the itinerary is “electronic certificate eligible” and the discounted fare will be automatically calculated. This special offer applies only to flights to and from the United States.

Tickets purchased at least 30 days prior to travel will receive an additional 5% discount (on some classes of service). This special offer applies to travel on domestic and international segments of all United Airlines, United Express and United code share flights operated by Lufthansa and Air Canada.
Airport Transfer
Big Sky Airport Shuttle is available for service and would like to assist attendees coming to Denver for the ASHRM Annual Conference & Exhibition in October 2009. We are offering a special rate of $18 one way and $24 round trip to and from Denver International Airport.
