Complete the registration form and fax to (805) 654-1676. Faxed registrations must be pre-paid with a credit card. Registrations that are not pre-paid will not be processed. Faxed registrants will receive confirmation by email.
On Site
On-site registration will be available at the Tampa Convention Center. Availability of materials for late or on-site registrations cannot be guaranteed.

Confirmation
Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed or faxed within 48 hours of receipt of registration if a valid e-mail address or fax number is provided. With questions about confirmations, call ASHRM at (312) 422-3980.
Housing link available to registrants only
Your confirmation will include a link to the ASHRM Housing Bureau e-form or PDF by which you can make your hotel reservation. Airline and car rental reservations may also be booked through this link.

What Registration Includes
A full 2010 ASHRM Annual Conference & Exhibition registration includes:
No one under 21 may enter social functions or the exhibition hall.
Student rate
To qualify for student rate, attendees must meet the requirements of ASHRM student membership listed here. Proof of full-time student status must be supplied at the time of registration.
Membership
Membership in ASHRM is $140 a year and qualifies conference registrants for a discount of $150. If you are not an active member, you can join ASHRM or renew your membership at the same time you register for the conference, receive the discount, and submit only one check or credit card payment.
Team Discounts
ASHRM offers a 10% discount off the member or nonmember rate for groups of 20 or more registrants from the same organization. All team registrations must be submitted together with one payment – on one credit card or check – to qualify for discount.
Substitutions
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of ASHRM and the original registrant is a member, the non-member differential must be paid.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is postmarked no later than 10 business days before the meeting date – before Sep. 29, 2010. No refunds after Sep. 29. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to: ASHRM, 155 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 400, Chicago, IL 60606; fax (312) 422-4580.
ASHRM cannot be held liable for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits.
ASHRM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. ASHRM may cancel a program when circumstances beyond ASHRM’s control – including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental authority or war in the United States – make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm’s way. In such cases, ASHRM will refund one-half of the registration fee paid by the registrant.
