Networking is one of the biggest reasons to attend the ASHRM Annual Conference & Exhibition. Enhanced networking means added value.
ASHRM offers a 10 percent discount off the member or nonmember rate for groups of 20 or more registrants from the same organization. All team registrations must be submitted together with one payment –one credit card or check – to qualify for discount.
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of ASHRM and the original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.
If the registrant provides a fax number or e-mail address confirmation of registration will be e-mailed or faxed within 48 hours of receipt of registration. For questions about confirmations, call ASHRM at (312) 422-3980.Note: Your confirmation will include a link to the ASHRM Housing Bureau form where you can make your hotel reservation. Airline and car rental reservations may also be booked through this link.
Registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is postmarked no later than 10 business days before the meeting date – before Oct. 3, 2011. ASHRM cannot be held liable for nonrefundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits.
ASHRM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. ASHRM may cancel a program when circumstances beyond ASHRM’s control – including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental authority or war in the United States – make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm’s way. In such cases, ASHRM will refund the registration fee paid by the registrant.
