Now via ASHRM’s Live Learning Center (LLC), concurrent education sessions presented at the 2009 Annual Conference in Denver are available as audio recordings synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. Speaker handouts are included.

How to purchase
1. If you are new to the Live Learning Center, set up an account at www.softconference.com/ashrm. Then click on the Educational Content tab, scroll down to select your sessions, check out and complete your purchase to download your selected recordings/handouts.
2. If you attended the Denver conference, you receive free access to the LLC as part of your conference registration. Use your assigned login information to freely access recordings/handouts at the LLC. (If you do not have your login information, contact ASHRM.) You may also purchase recordings for sessions you missed in Denver and gain additional CE credits for Patient Safety and Legal/Regulatory sessions.
Earn CEs
Earn up to 25.5 contact hours for the 24-session bundle with CE credit option, or 1-1.5 contact hours for individual Patient Safety and Legal/Regulatory sessions. Refer to the LLC web site for specific credit information for each session. Credits are awarded after completion of an interactive quiz and program evaluation for each qualifying session.
Manage CEs
To access credits, log on to the LLC and click on the tab for My Account to view your sessions. Select "My Transcript" to view and print transcripts of completed coursework, check your ASHRM and nursing continuing education credits and print certificates. Recordings will remain accessible through 2010; CE credit expiration dates are listed on each certificate.
Printing certificates
After viewing an entire session, you will be directed to a CE test page. You can print your certificates there after completing tests and evaluations. You can also print certificates from the My Transcript page.

Credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow), and toward CPHRM renewal.
Illinois Nurses Association (INA)
The American Society for Healthcare Risk Management is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Illinois Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
