New: Hotel Reservations Procedure
To ensure availability, ASHRM is offering discounted room block rates at the hotels listed below to registered conference attendees only May 18-Sept. 28.
To qualify for these rates, hotel reservations must be made through the ASHRM Housing Bureau after registering for the conference. Once you register for the conference, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with details on how to reserve accommodations at the discounted rate.
Other attendees can make their own housing arrangements after Sept. 28. Room rates and availability may vary.

Rates are per room and subject to a 14.85 percent occupancy tax (subject to change).
Hotels assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. If the group rate is not available, you will be confirmed for the nearest available rate. Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels do their best to honor them.
Acknowledgment
Room reservations will be acknowledged by e-mail within 24 hours of being processed. (Review all information immediately for accuracy.) If acknowledgment is not received, contact the ASHRM Housing Bureau.

Room Guarantees
Credit card: All reservations must be made with a credit card that is valid at least through October 2009. Requests received without a valid guarantee will be returned and not be processed. Credit cards are not charged at the time of reservation. Credit cards will be charged for no-show reservations. Checks are not an acceptable payment format.
Room Cancellations
Cancellations can be made with the ASHRM Housing Bureau by Oct. 15 by e-mail, fax or phone. After Oct. 15 all cancellations must be received by the hotel before 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. Credit cards will be charged one night’s hotel stay if cancellations are not received before that time.
Room Changes
Before or on Oct. 15, changes can be made via the ASHRM Housing Bureau online reservations page, by e-mailing housing@visitdenver.com or contacting the ASHRM Housing Bureau at (303) 892-1112 ext. 601 between 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m. MT Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) or by fax at (303) 571-9435.
Travel Discounts
Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is a personalized service that can provide access to special discounts on airline tickets, car rental, hotel, event tickets, dining and more.
