To ensure availability, ASHRM is offering discounted room block rates at the conveniently located hotels listed below to registered conference attendees only between May 31 and September 29. All hotels are one or two blocks from the Phoenix Convention Center, North Building. September 14 is the last day to cancel without a penalty and for anyone to make a reservation at the guaranteed ASHRM rates. Beginning Sept 15, rooms will still be available and rates will be listed on the website in each hotel.
To qualify for these discounted rates, hotel reservations must be made through the ASHRM Housing Bureau after registering for the conference. Details will be included with your conference registration confirmation. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. If the group rate is not available, you will be confirmed for the most similar available rate by the ASHRM Housing Bureau by September 29. Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels do their best to honor them.

Reservations canceled after September 14th through September 22nd will be charged a $25 ASHRM Housing Bureau cancellation processing fee. Reservations canceled after September 22nd up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a $50 ASHRM Housing Bureau cancellation processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival a non-refundable penalty of one night’s room and tax (currently 13.27%, subject to change without notice) will be charged by the respective hotel to the guaranteed credit card. Contact your hotel directly with modifications or cancellations beginning September 30th.
