NEW: Process for CE certificates
1. Attendees must complete the conference evaluation provided by ASHRM after the conference by Nov. 9, 2009, to be eligible to receive continuing education credits.
2. Upon completion of the evaluation, attendees will be directed to the Certificate of Attendance, which will include CEs awarded.
NEW: Process for Illinois Nurses and Illinois MCLE credits
1. Attendees must sign an attendance roster. Sign-in sheets will only be available Sunday morning, Oct. 25, at the ASHRM Bookstore.
2. Attendees must complete a conference evaluation -- including their name -- by Nov. 9, 2009. CE certificate(s) will be distributed via e-mail upon verification of the above.
Attorneys who live outside of Illinois should direct questions regarding out of state courses and reciprocity to their state MCLE board. ASHRM will provide additional documentation upon request.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE
This program is approved for 13.5 contact hours of continuing education credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow), and toward CPHRM renewal.
American College of Healthcare Executives
ASHRM is authorized to award 13.5 hours of pre-approved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward Category II credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
