Thank you for your interest in volunteering for a new committee with ASHRM: The Content Committee. The mission of the Content Committee is the following:
To serve as forward thinking subject-matter experts and oversee ASHRM content development from a high-level topical standpoint; develop and execute ASHRM’s content strategy ensuring content is timely, relevant and in sync with ASHRM’s education strategy and ASHRM strategic plan; recommend content delivery options.
ASHRM is currently developing and delivering content in various ways including the Editorial Review Board/JHRM, Forum Newsletters, Pearls, educational books such as the CPRHM Exam Prep Guide, and partnerships with AHLA and Aon, monographs/white papers. Content is also being developed via ASHRM’s education programs that include webinars, research/grants deliverables, on-line and in person education. This overarching committee will develop an overall content strategy that will drive the ASHRM content creation processes, ensure ASHRM content development goals and plans are meeting the current and future needs of ASHRM members, and deliver in formats best suited for the content type to better serve our members.
