The 2009 Summit provides new information and industry experts’ perspectives on current and emerging issues affecting the legal electronic health record (EHR), evidentiary support, and records management. Key issues in the management of EHRs in support of legal and business needs of healthcare organizations are addressed. Emerging issues including managing the risks of EHRs, discovery of electronic records for legal purposes, and the latest in current legal decisions, will be discussed. The Summit will feature multiple tracks, plus expert panelists and presenters.
