Each year ASHRM offers its affiliated chapters a chance to help ASHRM grow and to earn valuable incentives for their chapter with the Chapter Rebate Program.
For each local chapter member who joins the national organization during the year, the chapter will receive a $25 rebate.
Participation is easy – to qualify, a chapter should submit its membership roster in Word or Excel format to ASHRM by Friday, Aug. 15, 2008.
Any chapter member who joins ASHRM from Aug. 1, 2007 – July 31, 2008 will be eligible for the rebate.
Rebates are processed in the fall and checks are sent to chapters after the Annual Conference in November.

Note: To qualify for the campaign, current chapter members must be active ASHRM members and have paid ASHRM membership dues in full between Aug. 1, 2007, and July 31, 2008. Chapters must supply ASHRM with an electronic version of their membership roster, including e-mail and mailing addresses, in Microsoft Word or Excel format only by Aug. 15, 2008, in order to qualify.
