Q: How often can we apply?
A: Applications are accepted throughout the year, with designated cut-offs to allow for the awarding of the monies on a quarterly basis. ASHRM will only consider one application per fiscal year from any one organization or individual. Our fiscal year is January through December.

A: A letter of recommendation should reflect your academic and/or professional excellence and, can be written by a professor or employer.

Q: How will I know if the proposal will be awarded?

Q: If I have not been selected for an ASHRM scholarship, can I reapply?
A: Yes, you are welcome to reapply but not until the next fiscal year. Please make sure you take a look at the Web site for updated application information each time you apply.

Q: I just applied for a scholarship. How will I know if I have been chosen?
A: The scholarship recipients, as well as those who have not been selected, will be notified by email and will be asked to complete a letter of agreement.
